Section 3 · How I Learn Best
Understand How You Learn

Have you ever noticed that some study methods feel natural to you while others feel like hard work? That is not random -- it reflects the way your brain currently prefers to take in and process information.

This section begins with a short reflection quiz. It will not give you a fixed label -- because good learners are flexible, not locked into one mode. Instead, it will show you where your current preferences sit, and give you strategies for working with and beyond those preferences.

The goal is to become a more self-aware, adaptable learner -- not to find a box to put yourself in.

"Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn."
Benjamin Franklin
